It was really important to us that our point of contact for the project was a problem solver, experienced, pleasant to work with, and a kind person. Having Roy on the job made things run smoothly and was simply fun. We looked forward to our walk-throughs with him and got very excited each time we saw major progress. He truly became a friend to us through the process and we are ecstatic with how our home turned out. Not just with the outcome, but the whole experience. Alex was extremely communicative, he checked in with us almost every day. Telling us what was happening that day, who was coming and what time. All the workers came right on time. They were extremely professional, fast, neat, and they did terrific work. They even worked on Saturdays. When any questions came up, Alex came over himself and discussed them, answering our questions and fixing any situation that needed to be fixed. The job was done on time – well, 4 days after when we originally thought, but that was fine with us. Our partial kitchen remodel took 3 weeks and 4 days. Everyone else we talked to said it would take 6-8 weeks. It was impressive how quickly it all went. Alex always gave us a heads up about what to expect and when. He went way above and beyond to make us happy. We’ve already recommended him several times, because he’s that good and the workmanship was excellent. The whole experience was a pleasure. I cannot recommend working with Alex at Eden Builders more highly. My friends who’ve been through terrible experiences with contracts have been jealous, because our job was so painless and went so quickly.
