COVID-19 Safety: we can provide an approximate estimate via email. Please give us as much detail as possible about your project below, so when the time comes to choose a contractor you will be ready and informed.

Is my estimate really FREE?

Yes, estimates are totally free. We provide services to most of  Los Angeles County. You are under no obligation to hire us.

Please note before contacting us that we have a minimum $25,000 per project and also ask that the house we are estimating is owned by you or at least in escrow.

Do you have a minimum project cost or do you also do small jobs?

We have a $15,000 minimum per project. Due to our costly insurance rates, we do not take on smaller projects.

After you come to my home to do the estimate, how long before you give me a quote?

Most projects we send a quote within 2-4 days. As every project is different in size, some may take longer than others to send a quote for.

We competitively bid the job, not the zip code – we bid the same price, for the same job, we do not bid higher for prestigious neighborhoods.

  • We never under-bid just to get the job, be wary, some contractors will under bid then add on surprise extra charges at the end of the job.
  • We never resort to pressuring clients into anything they are not ready for and are always mindful of your budget.

Do you work directly with my insurance company?

We do not work directly with your insurance company but can bid the project to you, the homeowner.

Do you finish on time or have a timeframe?

We have a timeframe for each project and we are usually good with completing the project according to it.

Throughout the job on my home will I have a direct contact and will you be reachable?

Yes! We pride ourselves for having great supervision and open communication on your project and also for always being reachable by phone, text or email.

 

What is your CA license number and are you insured?

Eden Builders is fully Licensed in the state of California.  Our License is a B – General Contractor – CSLB License #891510
We carry a $15,000 bond as required by California law and $1,000,000 Liability Insurance.
 
 
 

Can you provide references?

Yes we can, we will be happy to provide references in your area. We don’t advertise because most of our work is by referral from other satisfied clients. Please contact us for information.

Do you provide a service warranty?

Yes – we have an unprecedented 1-year warranty on all the labor we do.

Do you provide a warranty on any materials I purchase from Eden Builders?

We pass on the manufacturer’s warranty for all materials we purchase for our clients. Many of these are lifetime.

Do you use sub contractors?

Yes, for some parts of the project like glass, plumbing, waterproofing etc. we use sub contractors. Through our experience we found that some parts are best done by experts who do the same thing every day.
 
The subs that we do use have been with us for many, many years and are very close and committed to us, no less than our own workers.

Do you pull the necessary Permits?

Yes, we can take care of the entire permit pulling process and of course also the inspection scheduling and meeting with the inspectors. 

Do you have an in-house architect?

We do not have an in-house architect but work closely with a couple of architects who are very professional. 

 

Will you work directly with my designer?

Of course!

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, credit cards, cash and can also offer financing. Ask us for details.
