Custom remodel to create open floor plan in Thousand Oaks kitchen

Project required structural engineer in order to remove a wall between the kitchen and the living room to create an open floorplan look.

Timeline: Overall project took 8 weeks.

Kitchen Cabinets: Custom cabinets, Shaker style doors. Main cabinets are painted white, and the island is grey stain over natural maple.

Sink: White fireclay farm sink .

Appliances: Top of the line appliances, including stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and wine fridge

Backsplash: Subway tile

Countertops: Silestone – Eternal Calacatta Classic

Floors: Grey wood flooring

Lighting: Ceiling pot lights.
