Alex Voloshin and his team are the people I trust most when it comes to my house. I first met Alex in 2020 when we purchased our home. I initially hired him to gut and rebuild our kitchen. As I discovered more trouble spots around my house, I felt fortunate that Alex and his team could take on every additional project. For that first go around, they renovated my kitchen, five bathrooms, put on a new roof, did all sorts of trouble shooting with the plumbing, repainted the house and installed fencing. More recently, in 2024, I called Alex back to my house to replace a dozen custom windows, redo a fireplace facade and build/install some gorgeous custom cabinets. The Eden Builder's team once again provided top quality service and workmanship.
Alex is very detail oriented, he communicated about the process and schedule very clearly and checked in each day with the teams of workers as they cycled through the projects. Alex always makes time to answer my questions, has good design ideas and doesn't hesitate to tell me if something is not necessary or practical. His team trusts him and many of the guys told me they have enjoyed working with him for years.

We completed our Kitchen and Bedroom remodel project in September 2024 and could not have been happier with the outcome and the process from start to finish. We interviewed 5 different contractors before we ultimately hired Eden Builders and made our decision based on conversations we had with Alex Voloshin, our project manager, about what his and the the rest of the Eden team's approach would be with the project. We had read a handful of other reviews that had called out Alex as a top notch project manager and had a similar experience. Alex was extremely detail oriented from the initial bid all the way to the project completion - hands-on managing all the phases the of project, advising on design and construction choices, and anticipating challenges or decisions that were coming. He also had a very high standard for all of the work that was being completed- sometimes even higher than ours! This both kept everything moving along and at a high quality of work. In construction there are invariably things that don't go as planned, or need to be re-worked - Alex was a great guide through the twists and turns.
Oren and his team helped us repair our floors and bathrooms after some storm damage in 2023, and we had them back this year to replace our deck. They do great work and are always reliable. I'm so grateful to have found Eden Builders, we'll hopefully work together on future projects.

Oren was always available to discuss the details of the project, design specifications. Oren is very organized. No small detail was missed or forgotten by Oren. Everything was done right the first time. His working crew is skilled and professional.
