Santa Monica condo remodel – January, 2017.

This project is a complete interior remodeling of a condo in Santa Monica.
The kitchen and bathroom, flooring were stripped and hauled away and large porcelain tile was laid on the kitchen floor.

Electrical and lighting were completely redone, including recessed ceiling lights, and in-and-under cabinet lighting. All new appliances installed.

White kitchen cabinets and a shelved pantry with frosted glass doors were installed with a beautiful quartz counter top and dark grey subway tile backsplash.
